I have been catering for a number of special events, but I always try to go the extra mile, so to speak. I don’t just pour the main course; I make a number of other small contributions to the party. As for special events catering, they’re basically any type of event that gets people together in a common cause. Maybe the first time I played the game Final Fantasy X on my PS2 was the best moment of my life. Maybe the first time we tried a new recipe and ate the whole thing was the best day of our lives.
Special events are the hardest to plan. And that’s because people are generally a lot less interested in planning a special event for the first time than they are in planning one that they had previously. So, a special event might be a small group of people planning together to get together for a large group of people. It might be a group of two or three people who just want to get together for a few hours to catch up.
This is another reason why planning a special event is so tough. It’s like planning a family reunion. Because you don’t want to ruin the family reunion by scheduling it just because you always have to. It’s also a good reason to plan at least a few months in advance. A few months in advance is a much better time to plan a special event. Because if you don’t get that special event in time, you might not be able to get it in time for your first wedding.
