We can’t have too many catering licenses. I love using them, not just for the business but for the people. I also love helping out in the community, so I like the idea that everyone has equal chance to get a license. It gives us all a chance to make something of ourselves.

You’re really not that big that you cant get away with not offering your products, and that’s not a crime. The problem is when you have so many competitors that you cant keep up with them. You will have to offer a full menu to find out if people like what they are eating, but if you want to have a business, you have to offer what people want.
