jim n nicks catering has been a staple in the kitchen for over 15 years. I believe it is one of the best places to find a great local chef and create a wonderful dinner party. I am so happy with the quality of my meals here that I can’t wait to go out to dinner one night. I know this because my friend Michelle gave me a few pointers as I was making dinner for the first time.

The catering industry is a fairly new one, so there are still a lot of people who don’t understand the value of it. I know because I have been there. I’ve been an average Joe at a catering company for a couple of years now and I’ve grown to appreciate the fact that I can put together a meal with friends and family for a fraction of the price as a full-service restaurant.
Many people ask me why I do this and I always say it is because sometimes what you need is right in front of you. It is so simple, so you cant help but feel it. But also, I do enjoy the freedom of having others come and make your meal come to life.
So how does jim n nicks catering get your guests to come, and when can you start doing it? Well I am a good cook, so I can cook for a large number of people in a very short amount of time. I also know how to get great food at a decent price. I do not charge per person. I charge a flat rate of $50 for a service or $75 to cook a meal.
It is a simple idea that is so simple you can make it as simple as possible. It is not cheap though, so you will always have to be careful with what you buy. If you are using a lot of ingredients you need to be careful about how much you cook. I am a big believer in using ingredients you know you will be able to reuse, but I also know how to cook a lot of items that are new to me.
As a cook, I don’t have a lot of time and want to cook quality meals that are easy and fast. I know the quality of my ingredients and the way I cook them. Therefore I will only use fresh ingredients that have been grown in my greenhouses or field, and that I know I will be able to use again.
I always make sure I have some meat, veggies, cheese, and fruit in my fridge. Everything else is fresh when I get it.
