I’m a caterer. A caterer is someone who brings together the food and the people to create something better. For me, that’s the only way I can achieve the things I want to achieve and the things I want to do.
This past year I have worked on a couple of food-related projects. One of the first was a food service company here in Geneva. They have been called the “largest catering company in Europe”, meaning that they have the highest number of caterers in their city. For the past year we’ve been working to expand our business by opening a brand new kitchen and a new restaurant, and we’re hoping we’ll have a lot of clients in the coming months.
We will have three locations in the next two weeks. The first will be a new restaurant called Geneva Il Catering, which will serve up the finest Italian cuisine in the Swiss Alps. The second will be the new kitchen and dining room at the Geneva train station. We are hoping to open in the coming weeks. The third location is a catering company in Zurich.
There are only two Swiss restaurants that can compete with the finest Italian cuisine in the Alps, so Geneva Il Catering could be the first. Geneva itself is a quiet, artsy, and picturesque village that’s perfect for a quiet, artsy, and picturesque restaurant.
