So how did the chicken parm come out? It was a bit more than a side, a side of chicken, and it came with a bottle of wine. I ordered a bottle of the “champagne” and a large glass of water. The waiter had told me that my glass of water would be about a third full, and that he wouldn’t want to empty it until I ordered the chicken.
When they say chicken parm, they mean parm. While most people think of chicken parm as the type of chicken they are used to seeing on a menu, my friend, my roommate, and I decided that a chicken parm asparagus wrapped with bacon and fried is the most flavorful way to eat a chicken parm.
I ordered it with both the cornbread and the asparagus. I wasnt sure how it would turn out as a meal, but I could picture it as a side to a salad or a side to dinner with friends. We were pretty excited to be eating it, so I decided to go ahead and order the chicken parm. Once I got it, I made a note to order the asparagus later.
