dabsolute catering started when we were living in our first house with three of our children and three dogs.
At the time we were all so young and only had dogs. The house was small, so we had a lot of fun putting on silly parties and running around playing and eating. In the late 1990s, we bought a new house and had to put on a new party theme that didn’t include dogs.
We were so young and stupid that this was a great idea. But, we had no idea of the potential for disaster this would cause. We were only 20 years old and still had to deal with dogs, so we had to find a way to deal with them. So, we did something about that. We hired some people to do the catering. The idea was to have a party, but not a dog party. To go back to the days when dogs were still so cute and adorable.
The food and decor has always been a problem in our house, but we have a very good system for dealing with the chaos. We have a system that we call “dabsolute.” This is a sort of food pantry.
