Well, I’m not sure about that. I am a chef. I can make a healthy, balanced meal for just about anyone. And, more importantly, I can have the same dinner every night of the year, so whether you’re from Minnesota or California, it doesn’t matter. Even after a certain point you have to make the diet-friendly version of the same meal every night of the year.
But I suppose that doesnt mean im not gonna make a few concessions. I make a balanced, healthy meal for just about everyone. In fact, I can do it every night of the year, so regardless of who you are, you can have the same meal every night.
I don’t know about you, but I like to eat the same thing every night. And with the exception of the occasional night where I just want to have a bowl of cereal, I dont feel deprived.
You get the point. Theres a lot of stuff in my fridge that I use every single night. I make sure to have a balanced meal every night. I dont feel deprived.
I think what I love about Balanced is that it also serves up a variety of meals that are easy to make. I have a few things that I make every day that I like to eat just because I like the taste, and I know I could make that same thing every day too.
