The concept of a catering company can be intimidating, and for good reason. Many companies are run by people that are used to catering for large events and can be hard to work with. I’ve had some success with catering at conferences, and it is definitely one of these things you can do to make money.

The first thing to do is find an event that you’re most interested in attending. Some events are so small that you won’t get any time to do anything else. You can also look for a catering company that has a lot of experience catering at this or other events. If you can find a company that can cater for a group of 15 people, then you can take that company and put it to work catering a conference.

Catering is a lot like being a part of a marketing team. You need to understand the event, the event needs to understand you, and they need to know that you’re going to eat, drink, and dance at their party. If you can get those three things right, then the rest will fall into place nicely.

A good first menu is one that can come together quickly, without people having to scramble to figure out what they’re going to order. This is something that can be a challenge for some people, but that’s okay. It can help you avoid some of the pitfalls of what can be rather chaotic events.

The first-day disaster was that we had a lot of food that was sitting in the fridge for a very long time. We also had a lot of food that wasn’t even on the fridge yet.
