I have been told time and time again that I should start my own charcuterie board catering business. My friends have been telling me the same thing for years and have convinced me that I should be doing so. I even did a little research and found some charcuterie boards in other states that are perfect for a catering business. My first step was to visit the internet and find charcuterie board companies that were in my area. I found several that just didn’t feel appropriate.

The thing is, charcuterie board catering is a business that requires a lot of prep. You need a site, a menu, and a bunch of delicious ingredients, and you’re going to need to prepare as many people as possible, so you’re going to need to do some planning. The problem is that planning takes a lot of time and effort.
