We’re very excited to be opening our first location in downtown Hartford, CT. We’ve been in the downtown area for years and have seen the same kind of success we’ve seen in many of the other locations we’ve owned. This has to be one of our most successful restaurants for a number of reasons. First and foremost, we’ve got a great location.
The location is really important. Not only is this the first restaurant in CT to use our own oven, but also the first to have a fully customizable chef and bar.
We’ve all seen the commercials, we’ve all heard the hype, and the most important thing for any new restaurant is that it’s good. There’s a ton of factors that go into the success of a restaurant, but one key thing is finding a great location, great food, and great atmosphere. We’ve found all three of these in downtown CT. Thats right, we’re in the heart of where the city’s hottest new restaurants are opening. We’ve decided on the perfect spot in the heart of downtown and we’ve got a lot of things in the works too. We have a ton of things planned, including a new bar and restaurant, a new cocktail bar, and the first full-service restaurant in New York City.
When youre moving into a new city, you have to make sure you find the right restaurant, right location, right atmosphere, and youre really lucky if you can find the right people to work with. There are so many challenges in the beginning of a new restaurant opening, not to mention finding the right people to work in the first place. A lot of times these challenges can be overcome with a little networking, a little creativity, and a little help from friends.
If youre looking for the perfect place to get your catering job done, there are plenty of ideas to go around. I’ve had my own kitchen remodel, my own restaurant opening, and even a new business venture. I’ve even had to open new catering kitchens in my own hotel. Most of the people I know who are getting started in catering have pretty good ideas of where they want to go and how they want to go about it.
It really comes down to the willingness to learn and the willingness to stick with it. It can take years of trial and error, but once you start, it is easier than you think. Like most of the other things that can be done in the catering industry, the key is to go with people you trust, and to not be afraid to ask questions.
At the helm of the kitchen at my own hotel are two of my best friends (and partners in crime), so I have pretty good relationships with all the people I work with. I also have a lot of experience with catering and cooking. My brother is also a food lover and I’m the kind of person who will happily eat whatever is put in front of me. In the catering industry, one of the biggest mistakes you can make is not asking questions.
It’s also a mistake to be afraid to ask questions. If you’re not sure whether your job is a good fit for you, the wrong answer may cost you not only your job, but your future.
