I know that a lot of restaurants cater to the corporate traveler, but I don’t know that I’d be able to do a good meal. I don’t have the time and I don’t have the skills, so I might end up sitting at home or dining at a restaurant that I know nothing about. But I can certainly cook. And I know that the people there know what we are doing. That is a big plus.

The only things we can’t do is cook the food ourselves, so our chefs are our most important source of knowledge and experience in this area.
I have to admit that the only time I have taken my steak outside is when I need to take a smoke break from having to cook a steak. Of course, there is the occasional time when I have an extra steak and I cook it on the grill. It is rare, however, that I have the luxury of eating a steak that I could have cooked in my own home.
