Autumns Curing brings a lot of joy to most of us, including me. The season brings in a fresh sense of abundance and the end of the year is a season of giving. I make it my mission to help others make the most out of the season by giving them the tools to take care of themselves and nourish their own bodies and spirits.

Its like eating a pizza without the sauce, and then you throw away the crust. You need to take out the cheese first, and that would lead your stomach into an upset. Also, if your stomach doesn’t digest the entire pizza, you won’t be able to eat it.
The biggest benefit of a diet like this is that you can eat as often as you want without it making you sick. I know that sounds confusing, but it helps you eat a lot.
